The BXM KR with its special feed-back conveyor belt system is a profitable solution for the semi-automatic skinning of flat beef cuts from both sides. The product is positioned on the infeed conveyor belt and the first side is skinned. A return conveyor sends the product back to the operator who positions the product once again on the infeed conveyor. The second side is then skinned. Membrane is collected in an EII membrane box placed under the machine or onto a lateral discharge conveyor.

The SR 500 A is a new skinner generation for fully automatic membrane skinning of round meat cuts from pork, such as individual ham muscles, as well as from beef and veal with a max. diameter of 90 mm (3.5 inches). The pioneer patented MAJA technology offers: constant skinning rhythm at high skinning quality and increased product processing in connection with high efficiency by staff savings. Example: about 3.000 kg (6600 lbs) of pork knuckle can be skinned with excellent result, so that the follow-up quality control is minimal (for example with a manual membrane skinner type MAJA EVM 4004). Depending on the material's structure, the skinning cycles can be programmed individually.

Two functions in one machine: The combined model ESB 4434 V is suitable for derinding as well as for membrane skinning. Advantage of the double function: high flexibility, small space requirements, reduced acquisition costs for only one machine and less time for machine cleaning. Flat cuts are processed fully automatically through a conveyor belt, without any risk of injury for the operator. The pressure roller automatically adjusts to the individual thickness of the piece of meat. Also round pieces of meat can be processed manually by raising the pressure roller, removing the infeed conveyor belt and putting on the stainless steel table - without the use of tools! The finished product leaves the machine through a sliding sheet, whereas the version ESB 4434 V/1 is equipped with a discharge conveyor belt.
